The film begins with two close friends Sadguna Rao (Chandra Mohan) & Madhusudan Rao (Rajendra Prasad). Once he is acquainted with a beautiful girl Keerthana (Preeti) in funny circumstances and they fall in love. Keertana also holds a mate Vindhya (Rajani) a stage artist. Right now, the story unfolds by Keerthana divulging Vindhya regarding her childhood marriage with a guy Venkata Sivam in their village which she denies and even changed her name from Vighneshwari to Keerthana.

Sakhti moves to Chennai in search of a job but lands himself in trouble when a CBI officer chases him for a series of murder committed by his lookalike, Kannan.

A thug, with his partners, is chosen to work for a criminal gang and he becomes the left-hand man of the leader. The leader declares a war against another criminal and the thug has to protect him despite losing his friends.

A farmer who is in desperate need for money for his infant daughter’s treatment chances upon a briefcase with uncut diamonds. A journey of confusion, violence and comedy ensues.
